Lidl and the NSPCC partnership

Since 2017, Lidl GB and the NSPCC have worked together to protect children and support their mental health. To date, the partnership has raised £12.5 million. Together, we are now aiming to reach £15 million in total by 2030, helping to support Childline’s Twilight service and ensuring that children can speak to a counsellor any time when they need someone most.

Why your donations are so important to us

The NSPCC’s Childline service is a place for any child to turn to, whatever difficulty they’re facing. The top concern for children and young people contacting Childline is mental and emotional health, but they can talk about any issue they have, big or small.

Children can talk to a Childline counsellor via online chat or over the phone, as well as finding a whole range of support on the Childline website. It’s open 24/7, even when many other support services for children are closed. So when a young person is struggling with mental health issues, or any other worry, Childline is always here for them.
